KAYVSTOER INTIMATES
سياسة الشحن والإرجاع الخاصة بقسم اللانجيري
تنطبق هذه السياسة على جميع منتجات قسم Kayvstoer Intimates (اللانجيري، قمصان النوم، الروب، البيجامات وقسم Bold Edit)، وتكمّل سياسات المتجر العامة. في حال وجود اختلاف، تُطبَّق هذه السياسة على منتجات هذا القسم.
1. التغليف السري والخصوصية
كل الطلبات تُشحن في تغليف عادي بدون صور أو أسماء منتجات أو أي إشارة لمحتوى الطرد. بياناتك تُستخدم فقط لتوصيل الطلب ولا تُشارك مع أي جهة أخرى لأغراض تسويقية.
2. تجهيز الطلب ومدة ورسوم الشحن
منتجات هذا القسم تُشحن دوليًا من مستودعات شركائنا، وليس من داخل الإمارات. يتم تجهيز الطلب خلال 1–3 أيام عمل، ثم تكون مدة التوصيل التقريبية والرسوم كالتالي:

الرسوم ثابتة لكل طلب وتظهر بوضوح في صفحة الدفع قبل إتمام الطلب. المدد تقديرية وقد تتأثر بالجمارك أو المواسم أو العطلات. ستصلك رسالة برقم التتبع فور شحن الطلب.
3. الجمارك والرسوم
بعض الدول قد تفرض رسومًا جمركية أو ضرائب عند الاستلام حسب قوانينها، وتكون هذه الرسوم على المستلم إن وُجدت.
4. المقاسات
المقاسات آسيوية وقد تكون أصغر من المقاسات الأوروبية. يرجى مراجعة جدول المقاسات في صفحة كل منتج، وإذا كنتِ بين مقاسين ننصح باختيار الأكبر. لا يُعد اختيار مقاس غير مناسب سببًا للإرجاع.
5. الإرجاع والاستبدال (لأسباب صحية)
حفاظًا على النظافة وسلامة كل عملائنا، لا يمكن إرجاع أو استبدال الملابس الداخلية واللانجيري وملابس النوم بعد فتح التغليف أو التجربة أو الاستخدام.
نقبل طلب الاسترداد أو الاستبدال فقط في الحالات التالية:
- وصول المنتج تالفًا أو به عيب تصنيع.
- استلام منتج أو لون أو مقاس مختلف عن الطلب.
- عدم وصول الطلب نهائيًا بعد انتهاء مدة الشحن المتوقعة + 10 أيام.
لتقديم الطلب: راسلينا خلال 7 أيام من الاستلام مع رقم الطلب وصور واضحة للمنتج والتغليف. بعد المراجعة نرسل لك بديلًا أو نسترد المبلغ كاملًا بنفس وسيلة الدفع، بدون الحاجة لإعادة المنتج في أغلب الحالات.
6. إلغاء الطلب
يمكن إلغاء الطلب مجانًا خلال 12 ساعة من الشراء وقبل شحنه. بعد الشحن لا يمكن الإلغاء.

Intimates Shipping & Returns Policy
This policy applies to all products in the Kayvstoer Intimates collection (lingerie, nightwear, robes, pajamas and the Bold Edit) and supplements our general store policies. Where they differ, this policy applies to these products.
1. Discreet Packaging & Privacy
Every order ships in plain packaging with no images, product names or any indication of the contents. Your details are used only to deliver your order and are never shared for marketing.
2. Processing, Delivery Times & Shipping Fees
Items in this collection ship internationally from our partner warehouses, not from within the UAE. Orders are processed in 1–3 business days, then delivered as follows:

Fees are a flat rate per order and are shown clearly at checkout before you pay. Times are estimates and may be affected by customs, peak seasons or holidays. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
3. Customs & Duties
Some countries may charge import duties or taxes on delivery according to local law; these are the recipient's responsibility where applicable.
4. Sizing
Sizes follow Asian sizing and may run smaller than EU/US sizes. Please check the size chart on each product page; if you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up. Choosing the wrong size is not a reason for return.
5. Returns & Exchanges (Hygiene)
For hygiene and the safety of all our customers, intimates, lingerie and sleepwear cannot be returned or exchanged once unsealed, tried on or worn.
We offer a refund or replacement only if:
- The item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect.
- You received a different item, color or size than ordered.
- Your order never arrives within the estimated delivery time + 10 days.
To make a claim, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. Once reviewed, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment method — in most cases without needing the item back.
6. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 12 hours of purchase and before dispatch. Shipped orders cannot be cancelled.
