This didn't start as a business plan. It started as a frustration.

Before Kayvstoer existed, I was trying to buy something simple as a gift for someone close to me. I found myself flipping between ten different websites, comparing prices that made no sense, reading reviews I wasn't sure were even real, and waiting two weeks for an order that showed up looking nothing like the photos. Online shopping — the thing that's supposed to save you time and effort — had become the source of it.

That's the moment I decided there had to be a simpler way.
