سياسة الإرجاع والاسترداد — Kayvstoer
مدة الإرجاع
يمكنك طلب إرجاع أو الإبلاغ عن مشكلة خلال 14 يومًا من تاريخ استلام الطلب، بتقديم رقم الطلب عبر support@kayvstoer.store أو واتساب +971 56 969 9171.
الحالات المقبولة لجميع المنتجات
- منتج معيب أو تالف.
- منتج مختلف عمّا طُلب.
- منتج لم يصل خلال المدة المحددة.
في هذه الحالات يرجى إرسال صور واضحة أو فيديو للمشكلة. لا تتحمل تكلفة شحن الإرجاع، ونقدّم لك بديلًا أو استردادًا كليًا أو جزئيًا حسب الحالة.
تغيير الرأي أو المقاس
مقبول للملابس فقط خلال 7 أيام من الاستلام، بشرط أن تكون غير ملبوسة وبوسومها وفي عبوتها الأصلية، وتكلفة شحن الإرجاع على العميل. باقي المنتجات لا تُقبل لتغيير الرأي.
الشروط
المنتج بحالته الأصلية غير مستخدم، في عبوته الأصلية مع الملحقات، ومع إثبات الشراء. لا تُرسل أي منتج قبل أن نعطيك عنوان الإرجاع الصحيح. قد نقترح استردادًا جزئيًا أو إرسال بديل دون إرجاع المنتج حسب قيمته. لقسم الملابس الداخلية والنوم شروط خاصة في سياسة اللانجيري.
الاسترداد
يُرد المبلغ خلال 5–7 أيام عمل على نفس وسيلة الدفع بعد اعتماد طلب الاسترداد (وبعد استلام المرتجع إن طُلب إرجاعه).
الاتحاد الأوروبي
إن كنت مقيمًا في الاتحاد الأوروبي، يحق لك إلغاء طلبك أو إرجاعه خلال 14 يومًا من استلام آخر منتج دون ذكر سبب، ويُرد المبلغ خلال 14 يومًا من استلام طلب الإرجاع.

Return window
You can request a return or report a problem within 14 days of receiving your order, by contacting support@kayvstoer.store or WhatsApp +971 56 969 9171 with your order number.
Accepted for all products
- Defective or damaged item.
- Item different from what was ordered.
- Item not delivered within the stated time.
In these cases please send clear photos or a video of the problem. You do not pay return shipping, and we offer a replacement or a full or partial refund depending on the case.
Change of mind or size
Accepted for clothing only, within 7 days of delivery, if the item is unworn with tags attached and in its original packaging; return shipping is paid by the customer. Other products are not accepted for change of mind.
Conditions
Item in original condition, unused, in original packaging with all accessories, with proof of purchase. Do not send any item before we give you the correct return address. We may offer a partial refund or a replacement without returning the item, depending on its value. Lingerie & sleepwear have special terms in our Intimates Policy.
Refunds
Refunds are made within 5–7 business days to the original payment method after your refund request is approved (and after we receive the return, if one is requested).
European Union
If you live in the EU you may cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving the last item without giving a reason; refunds are made within 14 days of receiving your return request.
